Samed Villa Resort is located on a small beautiful island in the Southeast vicinity of Bangkok (200 km) called Koh Samed, in the area of Rayong district. The island is famous for its magnificent beaches and for the well-known Thai poet, Sunthornpuh, who wrote poetry about this place.
A part of Koh Samed belongs to the National Park Kaow Laem Ya. The Resort is located directly at the white sandy Ao Phai Beach facing the turquoise blue sea. It was built in 1987, rebuilt, extended and renovated several times.
The bungalows offer an ambience of simple well-designed rooms in a pristine natural garden setting and belong now to one of the best accommodations on the island.
